Description of Problem

All products being returned under this RMA must be shipped PREPAID. If the repair is
done under warranty, FDC/aerofilter will return the product to the customer UPS Ground
Service at no charge. Other shipping methods will be paid for by the Customer. The
Customer will pay for the return shipping costs for non-warranty repairs. The RMA
number MUST be on the return package. Contents of the package must match the
information on the RMA form or the package will be returned as is. RMA number valid
for 30 days.
