Offices.

Product Support Engineer

FDC/aerofilter is looking for a Product Support Engineer to handle end user queries on our range of FDC/aerofilter products.

The successful applicant will have a sound aviation background with helicopter experience, will hold a Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent and may also be an Inspection Authorization holder.

Duties include answering customer queries - including clarification of drawings, installation procedures, maintenance, and documentation.

On the job training and familiarization will be given.

Your desired capabilities would be:

• FAA A&P rotorcraft experience
• Motivated self starter
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent schedule management skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Mechanical skills
• Neat work habits
• Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Ability to fit into and be part of our small dedicated team
